Ideal refuge for those who wish to flee from the energy and food crisis
It is time to invest in land and farmland. In the 94 hectares there are various areas and landscapes, such as forests, mountains and terraced work areas that are the ones that dominate the complex from the highest part (as can be seen in the accompanying cadastre photos), so that the farmhouses have panoramic views and an optimal orientation to rehabilitate them following the basic principles of bioclimatic architecture and self-sufficient in energy. In relation to water supply, by rehabilitating disused hydraulic structures, it can be supplied from a nearby stream, in addition to collecting rainwater and reusing gray water, separating and properly filtering it.
